They have always been reasonble on the shipping but,as you say the tax hurts like hell. Me thinks though this will increase their sales of this edition & in all likelyhood this will be the only place your able to get the bonus items.

Anyway on the MightyApe PreOrder bonuses.. they ship internationally right? I remember getting something from them a long time back. The Darksiders War Figurine I think..
