Your technique is all wrong then!

You're supposed to moan, moan some more, guilt trip CS rep, moan some more, then enquirie about compensation and then persist with compensation from amazon until you get an acceptable result.

I'm holding on for a little before going to cinema to see Iron Man 3. Will prob go next week. Hope it's good! ^^
