I bought it from a member. These were promos given out at the Midnight launch and it is printed on thick paper like a litho but with pre-creases where the end of the case would be. It is very nice and is on thick litho type paper and is really not meant to be used as an insert (it really would not work with this type opf paper). This is the official one, not a printout.
