Mine is on it's way. I forgot I ordered it from amazon.com and never got around to ordering it from anywhere else! XD See what kind of state it arrives in and if customs try charging me for tax and duty again, I'll send it back...

Sounds like a plan - I got it from Book Depository and it was packed in a card box. No extra packaging but in very good condition so I'm happy
