I want to buy it for brother and myself, do you think it will come to Europe as well?

Hmm I'm not sure.
Perhaps not, I know it was a "small" release.
They are number /30,000 which is a big number, but I wonder if they'll release more in other regions.

The PS3 version is a download code only which the Xbox has a physical disc.
