It all depends on how anal you are with regards to the packaging. Would having a PC branded box bother you when it is amongst your 360 games? It personally bothers me, so I always try to get my games and CEs on the Xbox 360.

It's entirely down to your preference.

If it comes with a slipcover, i dont mind because ill just throw it out. But theres no unboxing video yet. The only unboxing video released is for the paladin edition, and it seems like the system's logo is on the package (no slipcover)

Recently i bought a deus ex collectors edition for the ps3. It comes with a paper flip cover which i threw out. I just replaced the ps3 discs with my 360 discs lol.

It was my first time doing that. I hope it can be done with this one too.. I open my CEs heh...

Having a PC CE amongst my collection wouldn't bother me at all. I just dont buy PC related games, UNLESSSSSS...
The game I wanted ONLY came out on the PC...In your case I would try to shell out the extra for the 360 version vs the PC version...
