I kept on preordering injustice CE and was finally able to 2 weeks before launch. Also make sure you choose the 2nd shipping option.

Standard will take a month. The second costs $8, and it arrived in ONE day from Europe.

I agree, with GTA5 CE, I kept trying and said it wasn't able to be shipped to my country and then I tried again like a week later and the order went through!
