I've only done it on just a few of my CE's.
I tend not to pay the full retail price but then I'm still buying 2 copies of the same version lol. That's good logic Vhal, I should follow your lead and just get ones with substantial regional differences as my present course is unsustainable due to storage restraints. I think it's to do with my OCD. I kinda impulse buy when I don't actually need it.
