I thought that a Czech bonus was licences by UBisoft Czech and UBisoft head office or other countries had nothing to do with the decision

Even if that were true, there are countless examples of various Ubisoft branches employing steelbooks as a promo game across multiple franchises

I personally think steelbooks as a promo item are a generally accepted method of Ubisofts and it's filtered down to all major divisions/regions

At some point I should start tracking steelbook releases by publisher and by region for predictive purposes
