The bookmark is very nice - but the box itself looks like cheap cardboard, I was hoping for a cheap type of wood.

also on game.co.uk listing it states -

Please note: This item is only avaliable to pre-order until 11th October 2013.

And it comes out november 26th

So I think it could be cut off point for this being made to order only. Just a theory
