I think this is my last CE purchase from assholes.com(aka Zavvi.com):

And they offered €5 partial refund for that

Damn, that sucks.

Zavvi have always sent my stuff in boxes with airpaks for packing. Have never had an item sent like that before. >.<

Perhaps it's just special treatment for international customers...?
