Seems like the US CE is unavailable at Amazon and Gamestop when I had a look earlier.

Jb doesn't have exclusive rights though, mightyape has the same though, I'd love to see Red Son Batman or Green/White Lantern Batman, or New 52, Killing Joke, or animated series joker skin.
