I'm Skeptical. Hitman HD Collection never came in art book packaging for PAL regions. Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Remix did though, so it's anybody's guess... Plus knowing our luck, it'll come out here at 59.99GBP so would be cheaper to import anyway... >.<

they show a separate game case..but i'm a betting man and I say it will similar packaging as the kingdom hearts 1.5hd...where the game disc sits inside the artbook and no standard game case?..thats my hunch
