It _should_ be declared as a book, yes. I got a very definitive and heated confirmation from our guy that's been redoing the shipping data/rules and hounding the warehouse about things like this. But evil is inherent in the system, so I don't want to actually promise anything. He assures me that it going out wrong will be a fluke event and not some unforeseen systemic failure though.
