The US one will be slightly different, it seems to always be the case.

Hopefully not too different, I mean I was pretty fuming that I was paying more for a crappier version of sym to the one you guys had in US =__=

Well, considering every CE of the tales series have been different between countries... I wouldn't doubt this this will be any different. Here's an article from destructoid about it's contents and price.

We knew Tales of Xillia 2 would be coming to the Americas before the first Tales of Xillia came out, but now we have a date, along with a bulky collector's edition. You can get your hands on the PS3 RPG on August 19 in North and South America.

You can also drop $130 on the collector's edition, which includes a figure of one of the new main characters, Ludger Kresnik, a replica pocket watch (it doesn't run), a cat key chain, a CD of selected tracks, an art book, and alternative costume DLC of characters from past Tales games.

Looks very nice! ^^ Will pre-order one of these ready for the US CE announcement. A compact mirror though...? 0.o That's pretty random! >.< Metal case too? Will be nice to have a metalpak to go with the ToX1 Metalpak, but would have preferred a steelbook! >.<

Yeah the Xillia 1 CE had some slight differences. It was touched on in this thread a few pages back. Hardback artbook, jewel case soundtrack, numbered statue to name a few. Half expect this will get the same treatment.

might go and moan about it on the PS blog since it seems like Namco is looking at the comments. On that note for the JRPG enthusiasts, Namco Bandai CM mentioned this

Xillia 2, like Xillia, will be English audio. But as you can tell with Tales of Symphonia Chronicles, we hear the demand for Japanese audio! And we hope to make it a standard in the future.
