Phoned them up this morning. Tried yesterday too, but they were apparently having problems with their system and couldn't help me at that time. Anyway, it was an overall pleasant CS experience. Explained the issue and have been sent a returns label to send it back for a refund.

Apparently some of their stock is sourced from their High Street stores which, as with most game stores in the UK, it is common practice for game boxes to be gutted so they can be put on the shelf for display. Due to this they could not guarantee that I would receive a sealed copy.

If I'm honest I think it's bad practice for stores to be gutting game boxes anyway. When that game is a digital copy only and contains a code which anybody could see and write down, or take a picture of it, I think it's stupid that they would gut the box in store. >.< I've seen some of the staff that work in video games stores. >.< I wouldn't trust some of them.

Dreading this now, as I bought mine from them as it was sold out everywhere and it's sitting at the post office for me.

Just wondering, when websites like Shopto & Amazon list it as coming back in stock at the end of the month, how likely is that?

Exactly the same for me with Grainger - shop stock pulled back in to the warehouse and sold online does make you nervous for codes of digital games....

I opened mine up today, the poster is actually really nice and decent quality, just such a shame it's folded, can't they start making CE's that come in tubes?
