Yes, I've seen it at the Uplay Lounge yesterday. Basically you step into a 3D facial scanning booth. They apply your face to a 3D model, then print the statue at their facility. Then they ship it out at an unspecified date. It cost about 100 USD.

How did you get in?
I thought they only let people in if the drew or created something related to a UBisoft product and then won the competition for best fan creation

I was invited but didn't have the opportunity to go unfortunately. I couldn't justify spending the $1,000+ (flight/hotel) to attend the lounge, and moreso concerning if the lounge held the same events everyday.
