I know game will as they ship worldwide. But remember that the game may be Region Locked so you won't be able to play it on your US 3DS. But I read that Nintendo are considering making their games Region Free, so maybe this game could be Region Free.

Maybe the Luigi hat isn't selling so well... I don't understand why a magazine seems to be more valuable than the hats.

Never. ^^ For me at least when my game hasn't arrived on launch day, they send you a Download code for the game so you can play the game while you wait for your order.

Had it happen with Mario Golf and Mario Kart 8. ^^ I think they only do it wait tracked packages though.
