Really? I just had an issue a few months ago where they wouldn't credit it back to me because it was past the 45 days? I had to open a BB case against them and then only got a pittance of what I lost in the transaction.

yeah sellers get scammed all the time because they always side with the buyer. so if you are the buyer and actually get scammed, they are supposed to be on your side guaranteed. selling gets riskier on ebay every day that goes by.
