You had to order a copy of the Handsome edition, then fill in a form to enter the lotto. It was limited to 175 per console.

EB games/Game stop must do things differently for different countries then. I know the Canadian division of EB didn't do a lotto like this, because then *all* the level 4's would have won (since there are only approximately 70 level 4's in all of Canada)
I was able to pre-order my Collector's edition in store while I was working but I must have bought our regions' allotment, since we are now sold out Canada wide (unless we get more allocated.)
I'm personally waiting to see if this is going to be a Dragon Age scenario where the idea is sound but the implementation is flawed - not to mention the packaging (just glad my inquisitor's edition arrived completely intact). Watching the demo video of the Clap trap in action was fine, but it bugged me that his arms were stuck in that same position. Just looked cheaply made to me. The other aspect I'm not sold on is the use of an App on your tablet needed to control it. if it's not compatible with my phone, I'm screwed too!

The arms not moving did kind of bug me too, but it looked as if you could position them however you liked (there were in different positions at different points in the video), which is better then them being stuck in some awkward position.

As for the app... it says it will be on iOS and Android devices, I would suspect that as long as you have an Apple or name brand Android phone or tablet made in the last two years you should be fine.

this would be fantastic for big claptrap fans i guess.... probably a dream come true for some

definitely not for someone like me who hasn't played borderlands yet....

at least it means that they are getting 'creative' with CEs....
