It's pretty expensive because the quantity is very limited. Two of my contacts who should've got some both got none. They're for sale in China for around $70 now

I posted it in this thread a long time ago it's an Asia pre-order bonus. I can only confirm Hong Kong has it. Don't know about other countries

at least 3 local stores in my country just gave away hundreds of the letter opener to whoever pre-ordered it.

I already asked some of the shops, currently waiting for their response. The possibility of getting them is pretty slim though as they don't offer pre-order bonus for sale.
