Also got unlucky with the Alienware.... the speakers did not work. It was a human error when they put the keyboard on they crimped the speaker wires.

Alienware sent a technician to my house and had it fixed within 245 hours of my issue! Pretty amazing service.

well 245hours is like 10 days in EU, i expect more for that price range
