My question was... is it bad for them to not release a bad product... or should they have released it even with a crappy Batmobile? Not taking side, honestly asking as I do not know the answer. I am upset, but not overly. I never take things publishers and/or devs say as promises... I think anyone who does is lying to themselves on what that means (and in turn set themselves up to rage over things like this). Also this was not Amazon's fault... so $20 from them is pretty awesome. WB Games is where any reimbursement should be coming from.

Yeah it is "good" for them to cancel rather than releasing a crappy product... But I'll be better if they can send a code to redeem the game to all who ordered, and complete this edition when the quality issue is resolved. Btw the PS4 LE is available on Walmart.com! |

Funny thing is they probably would have caught the same amount of bad press for that and it would have cost them even more... so being business and about profits they took the easier way out I am sure. Amazon US is an amazing company... they gave people $20 just for the inconvenience of someone else's mistake. I wish other companies were like them.

Physical game or digital? Just asking as digital may be WB doing the giving. The whole thing is a mess either way... and it is done, really nothing to do now but bitch or move on. Thankfully I have moved on... I say thankfully as sometimes in the moment I have a hard time controlling my emotions until I have had a bit to reflect and reel in.
