Funny thing is they probably would have caught the same amount of bad press for that and it would have cost them even more... so being business and about profits they took the easier way out I am sure.

Amazon US is an amazing company... they gave people $20 just for the inconvenience of someone else's mistake. I wish other companies were like them.

I know I should've be satisfied with the $20 voucher, but Amazon.de is giving out the whole game plus steelbook...
