i was talking about people who are repeatedly selling like 5 or more , those who are responsible for CE's selling out in few hours after being announced . untill i found this forum paid lots of money to them because there was no (known by me) other way to get the stuff i want .

btw. today i subscribed to your youtube channel to participate in your batman giveaway . you explained that you've bought something you don't want anymore. decided to keep it and do a raffle so some lucky men can win it. not looking to make profit . just wan't your money back. don't think you're a scalper love this idea , this is fucking brillant .

i dont think you're right . have a feeling paypal will refund everyone and then they'll get everything back from those sellers (sellers broke ebay rules so should be easy for them) . don't know about UK or US laws (or wherever the sellers in) but i bet you can't take money for selling something , not deliver it and get away with it.

if something like this happened in the country i live in , can guarantee the seller will do everything to refund , if not he'll pay a lot more than he took.

Kind of like saying "I did not know killing someone every soften when they are in my way makes me a killer." I love drastic examples Just teasing if you cannot tell

But yeah my raffle I have to paid for yet and was just going to cancel it before i cam up with the idea. Thought it would be cool to raffle it... I honestly hope I can set something up where I can do actual giveaways in the future.

I know that sounds good but I highly doubt PayPal will do anything regardless of eBay's rules. For the most part if it has passed any policy time limit they are not going to help you.
