We'll sort you out. Ticket volume has been nutty-nut-nuts since the Fallout 4 announce, so our customer service folks have been buried (and every time you re-send, you get bumped back to the bottom of the queue because it's last-in-last-out, unfortunately)....

We've hired two new full time CS people and are interviewing for more. We've also shifted a few internal people into swinging between their regular jobs and handling tickets. Shit is just out of control still, so it's taking longer than normal to get back to folks because there are just too many requests to get through. Really sorry about the poor response time, but they're honestly working as hard as they possibly can.

If you want to PM me your order number, I can try to get you prioritized, but given the panic-level over there I can't promise they'll be willing to do me any favors right now. Regardless, they'll absolutely make sure your statue is replaced when they are able to respond....
