Knight, TreeHouse will require us to destroy the prints by tearing them up and send them the pictures as proof. Then TreeHouse will send us the replacement prints.

If you opt for Partial Refund, TreeHouse will allow you to keep the prints.

For me, as a big fan of prints, I too will get a replacement. Prints need to be mint for me. It really bothers me a lot to see those minor creases on my prints..

And dreamcaz.. I got that SAME bloodborne print, with the same exact problem. I contacted TreeHouse too and they have agreed to send me a replacement provided I will tear up the 'imperfect' one.

Good to know. Do they just renumber them there for ya? I wonder how that works with signed ones? Do they have a bunch of signed ones sitting around without #'s for just this situation?

TreeHouse, and I believe most sellers like Treehouse, will hold back a bunch of prints as 'replacements' for those that are damaged upon delivery to their customers.

Only downside is I probably would get a higher number if the damaged print I got was a lower number.

And also thats why sometimes you see a print after being sold out for so long, out of a blue they are selling it again, but typically wont last long as people will snatch it right away.

And I would like to add.. for Premium prints like Cook & Becker they actually reprint it for you. Once I have a tube totally destroyed by Fedex, C&B went extra mile to reprint it, had it signed again, and send a new one for me.

I am pondering that right now. I just got a GoW litho that has a small crease on one corner and an almost imperceptible warp at the top left edge. Normally I wouldn't care much for such damage and it is pretty low number (45/300). If I would get the same number then I might ask for a replacement but if not I'll just keep it as is. I usually don't go through the trouble unless the art within the litho is damaged or the edge seriously damaged.
