Darn, the more I look at this the more I'm really sad that I just spent that much on the so-called "dev only journal" -- it looks identical. And as has been mentioned already, the necklace came with the CE guide from the last game.
They're both really great CE items that I would've been thrilled to get had I not already acquired both of them (and one at a significant price comparatively). Will definitely still be getting this day one, just sad there weren't more unique items in it.
