What's the value of?...

Guys, I'm planning on selling my Assassin's Creed collection & I need a little help as I'm not sure what some of it is worth, mainly:

Assassin's Creed III Ubiworkshop (no game)




I sold the game when I got it, the rest of the contents (encyclopedia, etc) haven't been touched, completely brand new.

Also have opened but mint copies of:

Assassin's Creed 2 White Edition (Xbox 360)
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Codex Edition (Xbox 360)
Assassin's Creed Revelations Animus Edition (Xbox 360)
Assassin's Creed 3 Freedom Edition (Xbox 360)
Assassin's Creed 4 Black Chest Edition (Xbox One)

I sold mine (with game) a few month ago for $85. I was looking for a quick sale as I was moving.
