Need For Speed Amazon's exclusive Steelbook

amazon US has a similar steelbook up as a preorder releasing in December..again it is NOT the same, but VERY close...which is weird, they would go through the trouble of doing minor design alterations...a "variant" I guess?

What's the difference? I can't see any.
