Huh? I did not forget about rads. The whole red bar I cannot help feeling is new, but maybe it is not.

Haven't played Fallout 4 yet. But I remember it really well that in Fallout 3 (which was my first fallout game), I was having a hard time to get rid of Radioactive poisoning. I felt stupid after I found out how to get rid or it.. So yea... Lol

Oh so you might not know what I meant.

In Fallout 4 your heath bar is the same at first with green as health. But if you get rads it fills red from the right and makes your overall health lower as it fills up with rads. So if you rads are really high you can only fill you health bar up a quarter way or less (so you get shot once or twice and dead).

I am pretty sure Fallout 3 was not like this. Rads made you sick but did not directly lower the HP pool on you.
