It should be around a $100 statue I think. Again it should be of this quality (same company):

I would totally have pre ordered the Libertalia Edition if only the pose of the statue was better.

Sounds good, if it's of that quality I will be very pleased!

Yep, not really fussed on the pose either.

Special edition will do me nicely.

A figure of almost 70€ in price (even though it's a different company and material ->pvc) should have at least that kind of detail

Spoiler!
Yeah anime is a lot easier to sculpt for though (let alone paint and detail for). I can tell that is an anime character without even knowing the anime he goes to (if he is not an anime he is a character made to look like he is from an anime).

But agree that statue looks like it is done really well. There is also a big difference in material and design... so this is not really a good reference for this type of statue (realism type).

It's indeed different in material and design, but the point I want to make is that after a price figures must have all kinds of great details, from the painting, to the sculpting and the pose. Everything must be of a level and above in order for the figure to be a good one.
For example, if the sculpting is great, but the painting is awful, the figure will still be awful (e.g figure of the EU bravely default CE).

It's 130 €(~150$)here.

It's 150 here.

Yeah I agree completely on that. I am just saying you need to compare like to like. If you apply an anime type statue as the standard then you are going to be in the couple hundred dollar or more range in realism type statues (the only good exception I have seen to this rule is inFAMOUS Second Son statue... but if that were a sideshow or some other company they would have priced it probably at least twice as much).

I should point out is in the US we are getting the statue for essentially $28 ($48 for statue, art book, steelbook, and more... so I gave a rough $10 value to each other item) if you deduct the $48 for the game. So it is a different ball game for us this time around for sure... sucks that a good portion of the rest of the world gets screwed with bad or no price conversion rates.

$150 for you. Is that in dollars? Also what would the game alone cost you and what would the special edition cost you?

Yeah, I totally agree that we must compare it to something similar and that is why I'm not comparing them, I just indicate how things should be with figures.

Yeah I know. My zelda first4figures cost me 350US$(without shipping).

Yup. 150 in US $. The game alone costs ~78$ and the special edition costs ~90$.

$150 - $78 = $72. So you are pay essentially $42 for the statue. Still not too bad if you ask me (unless is ends up being a train wreck of a statue).
