Based on the page where you submit your code, it is the entire package (unbranded). Says an LE box is included among the other goodies. At least the unbranded packaging will look like the first one. And saved 10% for preordering digitally on XBL. Guess that makes up for the hassle.

I did get my code in less than 24 hours and have ordered my LE. Doesn't ship until the end of June, though.

Where to do this from? I did this last time for the last DLC pack. Was nice to have an unbranded box. Wouldn't hurt to do it again.
