I have updated the list:

Gran Turismo Sport Steelbook Edition (EU,NA) (PS4) 16th November 2016

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Pre-Order Limited Edition Steelbook (Bestbuy/NA) (PS4,XB1)

I have written Pre-Order Limited Edition Steelbook because on the front of the steelbook there was a sticker marked: Limited Edition.
And I guess you only could get the steelbook as pre-order bonus at bestbuy so that is why I named it Pre-Order Limited Edition Steelbook.

Otherwise correct me if I am wrong.
