You mean the print? Never saw it anywhere, might be a custom prints signed by "Nathan Drake"

For those of you who are not sure about this, there is an Uncharted 4 metalpak. I just got mine. It has the same art as the EU U4 steelbook, but it's a metalpak with Japanese text.
