Yeah, I've sent them an email about it. Will see what they come back with. From what I have heard others say, their customer service isn't all that great. XD Will update here with my results.

If I remember correctly, they made a post on twitter saying that ALL of the tie boxes had imperfections, however mine doesn't seem to have any x

Yeah, well that shit isn't good enough...

I ordered another off ebay incase they come that crap. Will see what they say when they get back to me. I forgot to attach the pictures to the email, so need to wait for them to respond again...
