Anticipated World of Final Fantasy Collector's Edition

So angry with Square Enix. Order page said something along the lines of "payment will not be taken now. It will be taken no sooner than 10 days before release". But they attempted payment on 13th (when release is on the 28th!) so my order got cancelled. Could honestly cry. Was sooo looking forward to this x

I had this type of concern some time ago because of FFXV Ultimate edition so I've contacted Square about the payments and this was the answer I received:

Thank you for contacting the Square Enix EU Online Store Support.

If the first payment attempt fails, we will send another one a few days, and a third and last one few days after the second attempt, if unfortunately the final attempt fails too, the cancel will be automatically cancelled. Please note you will be notified each time our payment system will perform these actions.

If you have any question, do not hesitate contacting me.

This is what happens, however as they told me payment would be no earlier than 10 days before release, I wasn't keeping an eye on my emails. So those emails went out to me on the 13th, 15th and 17th, when payment should have only started on the 18th. So when I checked on the 19th the most recent one was a cancellation x
