Gaming Heads statues rarely sell out while on pre-order. I think it is because people are not so confident with what they will make. Some of their statues had a bad paint job in the end. (the Keeper, Lara Croft survivor, Tali for example)
I think people prefer to see how the final product will look before buying. Have you joined the gaming Heads collective on facebook? They sometimes show updates on their products. Like this one: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1699...xpY2tlcg%3D%3D Looks great to me.

Personally, whilst clickers are a fundemental of the game, they are frankly not that great to look at on a shelf.
Would scare the shit outta my little ones, so would stay in a box forever and a day, so like many people I speak to clickers don't have the size of a market that an Ellie or a joel statue would. Or even a Bill ! |

With Gaming Heads, it is hit and miss. Some of their statues are amazing, some others are average. I'd say wait till it is released to see how it looks before buying. Unless you are a super big fan who wants to make sure to get one. But, seriously, I don't think it will sell-out before release. I mean, it's a clicker, it's not Joel and Ellie... My Kratos on throne and breton statues: Kratos on throne The breton ^just to give you an idea of the quality I am talking about
