This list is a great resource! Thanks for keeping it maintained. A couple questions;

1) I believe this Assassin’s Creed Collection Pre-order Steelbook (FutureShop/CAN) (PC,XB360) and this Assassin's Creed Revelations Pre-Order Steelbook (FutureShop/CAN) (PC,XB360) are the same steelbook

2) Does anyone have any pictures or links to these? I couldn't find information on them anywhere

You are right about the Assassin's Creed Revelations Steelbook there is only one, thank you for that correction.

I will change that immediately.

I got both Medal of Honor G1-size steelbooks.

oh okay thanks for the clarification. I might just recommend to add the 'Warfighter' to the names in your list, as I thought they were for the 2010 Medal Of Honor game.
