Unboxing video of the North American Collector's Edition.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2goAeRkeYuo

There is no PS4 logo on the front compared to the EU Collector's and Limited Edition steelbook so that means that there are 3 different Horizon: Zero Dawn steelbooks available.

Mine came in today. I gotta say, the North American version's outer box is very disappointing. The Europe version is much nicer. The bright blue from the American version just wrecks the box art.

I like the solid Black/Gold theme you guys got.
Ours is Blue/Black. :/

EDIT: Just watched a Europe unboxing and all I can say is "wooooow". The completely fucked us in the "style" department. The Europe versions is much nicer. It has a very prominent Black/Gold theme. Also, is this a steelbook? It feels just like the metal pak that came with Tales of Berseria CE...

Well in my opinion the North American Horizon: Zero Dawn steelbook looks much better then the European one.

So I am getting mine late due to Amazon's F#CK UP. *BREATHES DEEPLY* Ahhh... okay.

Well I watch an unboxing just to see the statue detail and I am both impressed and disappointed. I will go into detail in my unboxing tmorrow but from the one I saw I could see her face looks fat (maybe she has a really fat face in game?) but that worst part was on the back of her arms are some narley cast lines. This is a HUGE peeve of mine, I mean seriously that cannot add much more time to these... to just sand that part down after gluing the halves together before finish and painting? I suppose it is too much to ask

Sorry to hear that man. That's why I always order from Best Buy when I can. They ship games very early to get them to you on release date, most of the time they arrive one day before release date.

Got my CE yesterday

I might have to start if I continue to worry about my channel (for an unboxing channel the earlier the better... and late is just unacceptable really), though to be honest I have been giving thought on not doing videos anymore (or just much less). As you know I have (and still am) been on the edge financially lately and I might need to re-think how much time I actually put into the channel (when I should be putting more time into more financially viable things).

Did you explain to them that you're a content creator and you rely on getting your item on time to put up quality content on release day and that their fuck-up has cost you revenue? If you haven't, I'd absolutely bring this up.

She does have a very round face in game. The lower part of her jaw is almost round. Very weird looking IMO. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4142492/?ref_=tt_trv_trv This actress licensed her likeness to the character. Compare the statue with her face for accuracy.

Yeah I did explain this to them (how being late can greatly effect the video)... but it did not change what they could do for me. Sucked.

Yeah I thought the might be true on the face, but the second one there is no excuse for (lazy after casting leaving casting likes that bad).

I'm happy with this CE. Steelbook art, both outside and inside, is really nice. Statue is good enough.
