What's with that??I've never seen any store not ship to any region inside the same country.

The thing is that Quebec is not exactly a region inside the same country, they are almost another country with their own Parlament and everything.

They're the country that complains about not wanting to be a part of Canada, yet can never get the votes to secede. lol
