Meant to reply to this right away but forgot the next morning

No I meant thousands in terms of personal wealth. I do not even have hundreds... in fact I am in the red is what i was getting at

As for buying things for my personal collection I too am lucky to have $100 a month (right now I have nothing really... but I am a differnt collector where as most of what i buy I only enjoy for awhile and then sell to get my money back... it is kinda best of both worlds in a way).

Just wondering but is anyone else really burned out on Assassin's Creed statues?

I'm finding with Origins that I just can't really be arsed with it anymore and I'm struggling to make any kind of choice on what to get.

As it is there's 5 different statues for it, a limited replica apple of Eden and a limited glove.

As well, I hate that Ubisoft keep sticking in the season pass now with the bigger ones as it just pushes the price up when I would rather wait and get the season pass reduced. (I know that's probably why they do it though.)

Can't you just buy season pass separate from game? (I think PS store has it for add on to basic game).

As for statues, I was hooked in early years and have most of them since Altair (crouched is still up there in favorites). Aside from that crouched and the really tough to find Attakus Ezio I am partial to the really well made polystone ones from Purearts and such. The Mcfarlane Edward is cool but Connor Premium and the new Bayek from Legendary by Purarts is sensational in my opinion. We talked about in earlier thread but the $800 Legendary Ed pricetag is worth it for that statue alone. That said, I agree it is too much especially for those of you collecting for multiple games that would be insane. I just get Creed stuff anymore but probably won't bother with the smaller vinyl figures that come with the gods edition or "protector of Egypt" pose, etc

I recently thought about tallying the total I spent to date on this stuff and decided against it as it would probably give me a cardiac event. Maybe I should start by tallying the value (I would hope it exceeds my cost to date).

Cheers,

JC

P.S. - Still waiting for Triforce Jacob too so can't forget about that. Although it's been over two years since that preorder.

Unfortunately the Ubishop statue version is unique to that edition but that edition bundles in the season pass. My problem isn't really wanting to buy the season pass just now, it's more that I don't want to have to buy it now and I see it being bundled with their exclusive edition as just a cheap way of them pushing the price up.

Yeah, I've got a load of them from the start but restricted myself to the cheaper statues (cheaper meaning either the best that came with the game or ones such as the dioramas and avoiding things like the Attakus one), mostly because AC isn't the only thing I collect for and it would be way too much to care about all the stuff. I suppose what prompted my earlier comment is that with AC it's really starting to feel like even this cheaper stuff is starting to go too far.

Haha, yeah - I considered doing that but came to the same conclusion as you.
