WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!!!,...what's this EU preorder Gran Turismo sport steelbook you speak of?..do you know if it was a wide release through entire EU?..Or which retailers was selling it?..i would love to get a mint one if possible!!!

Merch has one for sale in his thread for a very solid price.

I believe it was distributed across the entire EU, since sellers from multiple regions are posting it on Ebay.

Edit: After looking over it again, it wasn't a pre-order bonus, it came with the promo kit which was released in Europe.

I found Sword Art Online steelbook that is not on the list. It was a preorder bonus from gamestop.

It is already on the list. The white steelbook which was available as pre-order bonus at gamestop isn't a steelbook, only the blue one which is part of the collector's edition.
