I tried to google NHL15 Club Edition Steelbooks but there were only few promo photos. Also there is no sign of them here or on ebay. Are they real? Are they that rare?

Yeah, they're real. I have one that I got from finland. They're not really valuable or anything, just hard to find because they were only released in specific regions in certain countries. Sports steelbooks aren't that valuable usually imo, since there are so many variants for the same game.

Completely forgot about this one. Kingdom Come Deliverance. Steelbook is included in Collector’s and Steelbook Editions. Second one might actually be Russia exclusive.

And also Mario Kart 8 G4 steelbook.

I'm not sure if we want to count this as separate steelbooks, but South Park: Fractured But Whole PC steelbook has three discholders inside. The PS4/XB1 version only has one discholder. This is for the NA versions. I'm not sure if the EU PC version has 3 discholders inside as well.
