Also appears to be a third Fifa 19 steelbook. Saw it pop up on Ebay from a spanish seller. Don't really have any other info, but guessing it was a pre-order steelbook.

Yes, that was pre-order only from PSV Fanstore:

It's possible that other clubs have their own steelbook also as where previous years.
