Biohazard re:2 collector's edition geo pre-bonus

I had to go to customs and open the package there and pay some money... does anybody know if you have to open up items, games that are originally sealed? That really sucks if you collect unopened stuff because they make you open everything completely.

The steelbook looks really nice but sadly it's dented:

and it seems to have some micro scratches on the Leon, Claire pic.

Anybody know what this is (check the middle of the photo)?:

I noticed that rarely on some other steelbooks as well. I guess it just got printed on a bad steelbook?

Is this steelbook still worth anything?
