This store has it at 16€ and they ship within Europe (dont know about overseas), however, they do charge 15€ of shipping.

I checked and seems like they don't ship overseas. I really don't want to pay eBay prices

Ok so they only ship within Europe then.
Well, 16+15 for shipping is almost ebay prices

I’d definitely pay 31 euros in a heartbeat. In eBay US, I’m seeing prices double that.
