I totally agree. I'm just considering rarity based off price.
I'm assuming rare is around $100
Rare rare would be anything above that on average and I say above because it probably has a huge range above that price point
Btw I just saw a nfs undercover for €75 ebay

I think steelbook condition also really affects the price for most collectors. Like the NFS Undercover sealed or in new condition is probably worth $150+.

Good point. That nfs I'm mentioning doesnt look terrible but def not great.
