I received mine from amazon. They send it to another shop, luckily the girl was enough to contact me and gave me back my steelbook, just that all 3 of them were damaged badly since they shipped it with bubble envelop only.

They love doing that

They are shipping Steelbooks in those envelopes from the US to Germany and ofc they arrive damaged since it's such a long way. Told them multiple times that those envelopes are really bad but guess they still don't care.

Can we ask for replacement or something? I did once at amazon de for re2 remake steelbook as they came damaged, the replaced them but the replacement also damaged. Not sure if replacement worth it or not this all 3 of them to me right now, an eyesore.

Never ask for a replacement since then they just send you returned goods...

You can ask for a partial refund if you want to keep them or you can send them back for free to get your money back.

If you buy them again, don't expect Amazon to use better packaging. They are gonna send them in a envelope again.

It's a gamble getting anything from Amazon these days, I'd definitely ask for a partial refund or full refund if the case is really bad.
