It depends. I would leave Sideshow out at this point, because they are so big, they get special treatment/conditions. But for other smaller retailers it comes down to about the same if you choose the new economy shipping.
If I would order Lobo locally I would pay around 2400€ + ~100€ shipping (due to 3-4 boxes). From Prime 1 it's about 2540€ with taxes and custom. (but that's a bit hands and feets here since the P1 price is for the US and my local price is within the EU. P1 might be the cheaper option once we get the same for the EU)
So I think it might be a very close call on where you can get it a bit cheaper and I would always advice to compare first. (you get a quote from P1 if you register an account and go to the checkout with a statue in your basket. Even if it's a PO)

The only thing that may shift the favor towards P1 completely is that they offer 5% reward points, much like sideshow.
